ABOUT
High Tree Cats is een dynamische Funk/Jazz/Fusion band uit Antwerpen, met repetitielokaal in Hoogboom (High Tree). De band werd opgericht in 2017 als een flexibel en groovy collectief dat improvisatie hoog in het vaandel draagt. Dit zowel met eigen composities als eigenzinnige covers, gaande van jazz tot funk met vleugjes psychedelica en soul power, met nummers van Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, The Meters, Fred Wesley, Jeff Lorber, Groover Washington, ... .

High Tree Cats treden graag op in verschillende bezettingen met bariton/ tenor/ alt saxofoon, gitaar, bas, drum, trombone en keys. Enjoy the music !!
